Our horses are trained to suit different skill levels, from beginners to advanced riders.

- Indoor arena for a comfortable ride no matter the weather! Our indoor arena offers a controlled environment where you can experience the true Paso Fino smoothness. You can even ride over the resonance board, allowing you to feel the unique rhythm of the Paso Fino gait and fully immerse yourself in this exceptional breed’s experience.
- Obstacles in our large outdoor paddock: Take your riding to the next level with our specially designed outdoor paddock featuring a series of fun and challenging obstacles, including:
Mini-lake to navigate around for a refreshing challenge
Inclines and varied terrain to simulate natural ups and downs, challenging your control and balance
Figure-8 Circuit to improve your control and maneuvering while enjoying a dynamic ride
How It Works?

When making your reservation, choose your skill level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
2. Book Your Horse
We will assign you a Paso Fino horse that matches your skill and needs
3. Enjoy the Experience
Whether in our arena, round pen, or outdoor paddock, you’ll enjoy a unique experience riding horses that adapt to you

Helmet and gloves Rental: Safety is our priority, and helmets are mandatory for all riders. Helmet and gloves are available for rent separately.
Please note that this is not a horseback riding lesson. Our service provides horse rental only, along with access to our carefully designed riding spaces. If you are a beginner, we recommend taking riding lessons prior to renting a horse.
BARN AREAS ARE RESTRICTED TO RIDING PARTICIPANTS AND STAFF ONLY.
For safety reasons, Hacienda Santa Maria reserves the right to suspend participants if they or their associates do not follow staff instructions. No refunds will be given in such cases.
Hacienda Santa Maria reserves the right to deny sessions to individuals who may negatively impact the well-being of the horses due to their height, balance, and/or weight.
All personal tack intended for use on stable horses must first be approved by Hacienda Santa Maria to ensure its comfort and suitability for both the horse and the rider.
Notification of schedule changes due to holidays, horse shows, weather etc. are posted in the Lounge, on our Website, Instagram & Facebook page, it is your responsibility to be aware of these changes
Participants are required to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled ride time
HORSE ASSIGNING: Hacienda Santa Maria staff will assign your horse, if you decide not to ride the assigned horse no refund or make up class will be given.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a $30 charge for the scheduled session.
